Steps: the Make it yours guide
- Open Ρυθμίσεις and choose Ταυτότητα επωνυμίας. You can also choose Άνοιγμα του οδηγού «Κάντε το δικό σας».
- Όνομα και περιγραφή. Enter your Όνομα ιστοτόπου and a short tagline in your site's language. They show in the header, browser tabs and search results.
- Λογότυπο και εικονίδιο. Upload your logo for light mode and, if you want, a different one for dark mode. A PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best. Add a square site and app icon, at least 512 × 512 px.
- Χρώματα. Pick a ready-made palette or one Χρώμα brand. Keynate makes every other colour for light and dark mode and checks that text is easy to read.
- Γραμματοσειρές. Choose fonts for each writing system on your site.
- Σύνδεσμοι και επικοινωνία. Add where readers can follow you and get in touch.
- Δημιουργία και προεπισκόπηση. Keynate builds your site with its new look. Check the private preview.
- Publish it when you are happy. Branding reaches your site with the next site version.
You can choose Παράλειψη προς το παρόν or Ολοκλήρωση αργότερα and come back. Every change shows at once in the preview, and every save is a version.

- Προσαρμογή όλων. Switch from Απλό to Προσαρμογή όλων to set each colour, such as Φόντο σελίδας, Κύριο κείμενο, Σύνδεσμοι and Φόντο υποσέλιδου.
- Έλεγχος αναγνωσιμότητας. If a colour pair is hard to read, you see "{count} colour pair(s) hard to read. Pick a darker or lighter colour." Choose a suggested palette.
- Επαναφορά. Επαναφορά στις προεπιλογές του προτύπου brings back the template's own colours. It is saved as a new version.
- Μενού. Change your site menus in Menus. Change your admin menu in Customise menu.
- More than settings. For a new block design, custom CSS or a different article page, use the AI workspace. It changes the code, builds a preview, and you publish or undo. See AI workspace.
Versions
Design changes build into a new version of your site. Open Ρυθμίσεις → Site & brand → Ιστορικό σχεδιασμού.
- Build new version starts a build.
- Προεπισκόπηση is for signed-in team members only.
- Δημοσίευση αυτής της έκδοσης puts it live.
- Επιστροφή σε αυτή την έκδοση is instant.
- Articles, live blogs, the ticker and media appear at once and don't need a new version.
Συνηθισμένα προβλήματα
- The build failed. You see "The build failed. Your live site was not changed." Open View build log.
- The build is waiting. If you see "Waiting for your server’s site builder", builds start when your server's site builder connects. Your live site is unchanged meanwhile.
- "Someone else changed the branding." Another person saved first. We loaded the newest version. Check your change and save again.
