What happens to your content

Your stories, menus, colours, logo and texts stay. After the preview is built, ඉදිරියට ගෙන යන දේ shows a summary such as "12 kept · 3 adjusted · 1 can’t carry over". It lists each area:

• මෙනුව
• Colours and logo
• අකුරු විලාස
• Texts
• Your own code

Each one is marked තබා ගන්නා ලදී, Adjusted or Can’t carry over, with a reason. For example:

• "Your earlier home page for this template comes back."
• "The new template has no matching section."
• "Your ad unit stays in the same place."
• "The new template has no such ad place."
• "Kept. Check it in the preview: it may target the old design."

What happens to your bill

1. If the template is ඔබේ සැලසුමේ ඇත, you can publish it. No payment is needed.
2. If it says ඔබේ සැලසුමේ නැත, the admin says: "This template isn’t in your plan yet. Buy it on keynate.com (you pay only the difference for the days left), then come back and publish."
3. Choose keynate.com වෙතින් මිලදී ගන්න. Pay there. See Switch your template and Change your plan.
4. Come back to ටෙම්ප්ලේටය වෙනස් කරන්න and choose මෙම තේමාව පළ කරන්න.

The price is shown on keynate.com before you pay. This guide doesn't list prices or plans.

Moving to a cheaper template gives you a credit on your next invoice, worked out for the days left in the month. It is not paid out as cash. The new monthly price starts at your next renewal.

If you try to publish without buying

You see: "This template isn’t part of your plan yet. Buy it in Keynate Console, then publish."

Going back

• Choose Go back to {the earlier template}. Your site returns to the version that was live before the switch.
• පෙර මාරු කිරීම් shows your history. See Template history and going back.
• Your paid features don't change when you switch template.

If something goes wrong

• A safety check. If the new template doesn't pass the health check, you see: "The new template didn’t pass the safety check, so your site stayed on the version before. Nothing was lost."
• A preview that fails shows පෙරදසුන සෑදීමට නොහැකි විය. Choose නැවත උත්සාහ කරන්න. Your live site never changed.
