Wapi: Stories → All stories → The story editor

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/articles (replace <your-site> with your site address). Then open the one you want.

Hatua

1. Menu bar (tablet and laptop): use Faili, Hariri, Tazama, Weka, Umbizo, Zana, Jedwali and Msaada. Press Alt+F9 to jump to it.
2. Toolbar: tap the icons for Undo, Redo, text style, Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough, Link, Image, Table, lists, quote and more. Icons that do not fit move into a Zana zaidi menu.
3. Slash menu: on a new line type / to open "Insert block". Pick a block such as Heading, Image, Table or Summary box.
4. Text bubble: select text to get quick formatting.
5. Vitendo vya kizuizi: use the block handle ("Drag to move · click for actions") for Sogeza juu, Sogeza chini, Nakili, Geuza kuwa and Futa kizuizi.
6. Weka upendavyo: open Tazama then Badilisha upau wa zana…. Tick the groups you want, and switch the Upau wa menyu on or off. Your choice is saved in this browser.

• Common shortcuts: Ctrl+B bold, Ctrl+I italic, Ctrl+K link, Ctrl+Z undo. On a Mac use Cmd. Open Msaada then Njia za mkato za kibodi (Ctrl+/) for the full list.
• Skrini nzima and Hali ya umakini are in the Tazama menu.
• Phones show a compact bar with a tools menu.
• The AI assistant item shows "Add-on" if your site does not have AI helpers. Included in some plans: see your plan on keynate.com.
• Comments and suggest changes (track changes) are not available yet.
