• Photo storage must be ready for your site. If it is not, a notice at the top says so, and your stories can still be published without photos.

வழிமுறைகள்

2. Tap படங்களை பதிவேற்றவும் and choose your photos. On a phone you can take a new photo. You can pick several at once.

4. Tap a picture to open it. A side panel opens on a laptop. On a phone or tablet it fills the screen.

• The நூலகம் tab shows your own files. The இலவசப் படங்கள் tab finds free pictures and copies the one you choose into your library, with its credit.
• Alt text says what the photo shows. Blind readers hear it and search engines use it. It also names the image file, see the SEO file name.
• A small warning mark on a picture means "No alt text", or that its licence is ending.
• A picture can show காத்திருத்தல், Processing, தயார் or தோல்வி. Sizes are made after the upload, so a new picture may take a moment.

• I cannot see Upload images. Your role cannot upload media. Ask your site owner.
• "Photo storage is being set up for your site. Uploads will work as soon as it’s ready — your articles can still be published without photos." Wait until storage is ready.
• "Upload failed. Check your connection and try again." Check your internet and upload again.
• "… is too large. Images can be up to … MB." Make the photo smaller, or see file size limits.
• "This file type is not allowed. Use JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF or GIF." Save the photo in one of these types and upload it again. See supported formats.
• "This image is too big — max 40 megapixels." Make the photo smaller (fewer pixels) in a photo app, then upload it again.
• "The file is not the type it says it is." The file name ends in one type but the file is another. Open it in a photo app, save it again as JPEG or PNG, and upload that.
• "The upload expired. Add the file again." The upload took too long. Add the file again.
• "The upload link expired. Add the file again." Add the file again; a new link is made for you.
• "Too many uploads at once. Wait a minute and try again." Wait a minute, then upload fewer images at a time.
• "Photo storage isn’t set up on this site yet. Update your site to upload images." Install the waiting update from அமைப்புகள் → மேம்பட்ட → மென்பொருள் புதுப்பிப்பு, then upload again.
