Open this page: admin.<your-site>/articles (replace <your-site> with your site address). Then open the one you want.
Where to find it
On a laptop it is in the right-hand column of the story editor. On a phone or tablet, scroll down below the story. Open Imininingwane eyengeziwe ye-Google (i-FAQ, izinyathelo, ukubuyekeza). Save the story first.
Izinyathelo
- Open the panel and pick a Uhlobo: Imibuzo nezimpendulo, How-to steps, Buyekeza or Ukuhlola amaqiniso.
- For questions: type a Umbuzo and its Impendulo. Tap Faka umbuzo for more.
- For steps: type Okufanele ukwenze for each step. Tap Faka isinyathelo for more.
- For a review: say Yini ebuyekezwayo and give Isilinganiso sakho.
- For a fact-check: type Isimangalo esihlolwayo, pick the Isinqumo and say Kungani lesi sinqumo.
- Tap Londoloza. It saves on its own, separately from the story.
Kuhle ukukwazi
- It is optional. Use it only when the story really has questions, steps or a review.
- A review or a fact-check needs the matching Ilebula lendaba in the Trust panel. The panel tells you if it is missing.
- Google decides when to show these extras. Adding them gives Google clear details; it is not a promise.

No. Each story has one type. Pick the one that fits best.
