Where: Stories → All stories → The story editor
Open this page: admin.<your-site>/articles (replace <your-site> with your site address). Then open the one you want.
Where to find it
On a laptop it is in the right-hand column of the story editor. On a phone or tablet, scroll down below the story. Open Extra details for Google (FAQ, steps, review). Save the story first.
Steps
- Open the panel and pick a Type: Questions and answers, How-to steps, Review or Fact-check.
- For questions: type a Question and its Answer. Tap Add a question for more.
- For steps: type What to do for each step. Tap Add a step for more.
- For a review: say What is being reviewed and give Your rating.
- For a fact-check: type The claim being checked, pick the Verdict and say Why this verdict.
- Tap Save. It saves on its own, separately from the story.
Good to know
- It is optional. Use it only when the story really has questions, steps or a review.
- A review or a fact-check needs the matching Story label in the Trust panel. The panel tells you if it is missing.
- Google decides when to show these extras. Adding them gives Google clear details; it is not a promise.
