Open this page: admin.<your-site>/articles (replace <your-site> with your site address). Then open the one you want.
Vorab prüfen
- You need permission to manage authors (owner, admin or editor). Others can pick an existing author or add a guest or agency byline.
Schritt für Schritt
- In the story, find the Autorenzeile under Platzierung und Autor in Beitragseinstellungen. Tap Team-Autor and search with Autoren suchen.
- Tap Autor erstellen. If your site has no authors yet, you can create the first one here and it is added to the story at once.
- In Autor erstellen, type the Name.
- Add a Rolle oder Berufsbezeichnung, for example "Senior reporter".
- Tap Foto hinzufügen and pick a picture.
- Write a Kurzbiografie: one or two sentences about what they cover.
- Optionally add Social-Media-Links. Each must be a full link that starts with https://.
- Tap Autor erstellen. You see "… was added as an author."
Gut zu wissen
- The author profile page on your site shows this name, photo and bio.
- Expertise and a declared interest can be added later on the Authors page.
- At least one author is needed before a story can be published.
