| "Connect your account for this AI in Settings → Content & publishing → Your AI accounts." | Connect your account for that AI. |
| "This AI is switched off in AI settings." | Turn it on in Κανόνες AI, under Ποιο AI μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί. |
| "Private AI on your server is a paid add-on." | Add it, or use another AI. |
| "Private AI needs a larger server (8 GB of memory or more)." | Use another AI, or a larger server. |
| A message that the AI is used up for this period | Keynate sells no AI credits. The AI runs on your own account. Check your balance with your provider, or connect another account in Ρυθμίσεις → Περιεχόμενο & δημοσίευση → Οι λογαριασμοί σας AI. |
| "(Provider) refused this model for your account (access, region or billing). Your key is fine." | Your key is saved. Tap Επιλέξτε άλλο μοντέλο, or Check billing on your provider. |

| "You used today’s AI allowance. It resets at midnight UTC." | Wait for midnight UTC. |
| "Your monthly AI limit is reached. Raise it in AI settings or wait for next month." | Raise it in AI budget and limits. |
| "The AI provider had a problem or refused the key. Check AI settings and try again." | Run Check my AI. It names the step that failed and gives a fix button. |
| "AI isn’t available right now. Keep writing; you can try again in a moment." | Try again soon. |
When AI is switched off by a rule
You may see "Your site’s AI policy doesn’t let your role use AI." or one of these:
- "AI is switched off for stories with this risk level."
- "AI is switched off while the story is with the legal desk."
- "AI is switched off in this workflow stage."
- "Your site’s AI policy doesn’t allow this AI provider."
- "This AI feature is switched off for your site."
Open Ρυθμίσεις → Περιεχόμενο & δημοσίευση → Κανόνες AI. The owner can change them. See Where AI is switched off and AI budget and limits.
What AI never does
The AI can't do licences, billing, passwords and keys, security, deletes, and server or domain changes. The message is: "The AI assistant can’t do this. Licences, billing, passwords and keys, security, deletes and server or domain changes are always done by you."
AI text needs approval
"An editor has to approve the AI-assisted text." and "This story’s risk needs another role to approve its AI-assisted text." mean a person with the right role must approve before you publish. See Who approves AI-written text.
