Ngaphambi kokuqala

• You need the owner or an admin account.
• Have your logo files ready (light and dark backgrounds if you have both).

Izinyathelo

1. Open Izilungiselelo → Isayithi nomkhiqizo → Ukwakha umkhiqizo.
2. Igama nesiqubulo. Enter Igama lesayithi. Add a Ibinzana lesiqubulo if you like. Optional: Igama le-Google News (must match the name in Google News Publisher Center) and Igama le-app (up to 30 characters, shown under the app icon).
3. Ilogo nezithonjana. Upload your Ilogo, Ilogo yemodi emnyama, I-Wordmark, Isithonjana sesiphequluli (favicon), Isithonjana se-app and Isikrini sokuvula i-app. Icons are cropped to a square.
4. Imibala. Pick one of the Izitayela ezenziwe ngomumo or enter Umbala webhrendi yakho. Keynate builds the other colours for light and dark mode. Choose Yenza ngokwezifiso konke to change each part.
5. Amafonti nokubukeka. Choose Ukuhambisana kwamafonti (Kuhlanzekile futhi kwanamuhla, Iphephandaba lakudala, Ukufundwa okude), fonts per writing system, text sizes, corners and spacing.
6. Izithonjana. Choose how icons look.
7. Izixhumanisi nokuxhumana. Add the I-imeyili yabafundi, Ucingo, Ikheli leposi and your social links (full links starting with https://). Choose where they show.
8. Preview and publish. On the last step, check Ngaphambi kokushicilela. Press Yenza ukubuka kuqala kwangasese, then Vula ukubuka kuqala when it says Ukubuka kuqala kumi ngomumo. When you like it, press Shicilela and confirm. Readers see the new look in about a minute.
9. Use Londoloza along the way. The page says "Saved as version {version}."

Kuhle ukukwazi

• Nothing changes for readers until you publish. Qeda kamuva keeps your work.
• To go back to an older look, open Umlando wedizayini (Izilungiselelo → Isayithi nomkhiqizo → Umlando wedizayini).
• The website updates without downtime. The apps pick up the new look in their next build.
• Publishing waits if some colour pairs are hard to read. Press Ngilungisele khona to correct them.
• Hlehlisa ushintsho lokugcina goes back one save. See Site versions.
• You can also ask the AI assistant, for example "make the header dark green". Every AI change is a version you can undo.

Izinkinga ezijwayelekile

• "Enter your site's name. It shows in the header, browser tabs and search results."
• "Use a full link starting with https://"
• "Someone else changed the branding. We loaded the newest version; please check your change again."
• "We couldn’t prepare your new design. Your live site didn’t change. Try again, or ask support." Press Yenza ukubuka kuqala kwangasese again.
