Open this page: admin.<your-site>/articles (replace <your-site> with your site address). Then open the one you want.
Krok po kroku
- Open Ustawienia → Strona i marka → Dodaj funkcje. The page is called Funkcje.
- Find Bloki FAQ i instrukcji under Dla Twojej strony. If it is not there, open Inne nisze. Tap Włącz (or Pokaż w panelu). When it shows Wł, it is ready.
- If it shows Needs and a plan name, your plan does not include it yet. See Choose a plan.
- Open the story in the editor.
- Find the Dodatkowe dane dla Google (FAQ, instrukcje, recenzja) panel.
- Under Typ, choose Pytania i odpowiedzi or How-to steps.
- For questions, tap Dodaj pytanie and fill in Pytanie and Odpowiedź. For how-to, add Step title and Co zrobić for each step with Dodaj krok, plus the optional total time and things needed.
- Save the story. This panel saves on its own.
Warto wiedzieć
- The block is optional. Choose Brak to remove it.
- For a plain FAQ inside the story text, see FAQ.
- Only the site owner can switch features on. Others see: "Only the owner can add features. Ask the owner to switch one on."
Częste problemy
I cannot find FAQ and how-to blocks in my admin. Why: The feature is off or not yet installed. Fix: Open Ustawienia → Strona i marka → Dodaj funkcje and tap Włącz or Pokaż w panelu. If a screen says "This feature is switched off. The owner can switch it on in Features.", ask the owner.
