Перед початком
- This is an add-on. It is included in some plans: see your plan on keynate.com (Choose a plan).
- Only the site owner can add it.
Кроки
- Open Налаштування → Сайт і бренд → Додати функції. The page is called Функції.
- Find Слухати матеріали. A paid feature shows Оплачено and Needs with the plan that has it. Tap Купити and finish the purchase on keynate.com (it may open in a new tab).
- Come back to Функції. It shows Налаштовується for a few minutes, then Увімкнено.
- Open Зростання → Робота з аудиторією → Слухати.
- Check the status: a connected voice provider, or the reader device reads aloud.
- Use the script preview to see the exact text for a story.
Варто знати
- Paid features cannot be switched off in Функції.
Часті проблеми
I cannot find Listen to stories in my admin. Why: The feature is off or not yet installed. Fix: Open Налаштування → Сайт і бренд → Додати функції. If it shows Купити, it is not in your plan yet. If it shows Налаштовується, wait a few minutes. Paid features you don't own are listed in the menu under Додати більше можливостей.

Who reads the story?
Today the reader device reads aloud. Server voices need a voice provider to be connected.
Are audio files stored?
Nothing is produced or stored until a voice provider is connected.
