Open this page: admin.<your-site>/articles (replace <your-site> with your site address). Then open the one you want.

Where to find it

Open Beitragseinstellungen. The Autorenzeile part is under Platzierung und Autor.

Schritt für Schritt

1. Tap Team-Autor for someone on your team. Search and pick their name. They have a profile page on your site.
2. Tap Gast for a writer from outside, such as a freelancer. Type their name.
3. Tap Agentur for a news agency such as PTI or Reuters.
4. With more than one name, use the arrows to change the order.
5. Tap the cross next to a name to remove it.

Gut zu wissen

• At least one name is needed to publish.
• When an agency is in the byline, the story also needs a credit line. See Quellenangabe (Credit).
• Owners, admins and editors can create a new team author right here.
