• Every team member can open Saker. What you can do with a story depends on your role. See Roles explained.

Slik gjør du det

1. Open Saker (menu name Alle saker).
2. Type in Søk i overskrifter to find a story by its headline.
3. Tap a Status chip to filter: Utkast, Til vurdering, Planlagt, Publisert, Avpublisert, Tilbaketrukket, Arkivert or In trash. You can pick more than one.
4. Tap Mine artikler to see only your own. If the breaking label is on for your site, a Siste nytt chip also appears.
5. Use Kategori, Forfatter and Type to narrow the list. On a phone, tap Flere filtre first.
6. Tap a story to open it in the editor. Tap Ny sak to start a new one.
7. The list loads 20 at a time. Tap Last inn mer for the rest.

Work on many stories at once

1. Tap Velg at the top. Tick the stories you want, or tap Velg alle viste or Velg alle treff.
2. A bar appears with the actions your role may use: Publiser, Planlegg, Avpubliser, Arkiver, Move to section, Legg til tagg, Change author, Tildel, Flytt til papirkurv. Open the Flere handlinger menu for the rest, including Eksporter (JSON).
3. Confirm. You see how many stories changed. Stories that could not change are listed with the reason, for example "Someone is editing it right now."
4. Tap Ferdig med å velge when finished.

In the trash view, the only action is Gjenopprett.

Kjekt å vite

• You can tick up to 100 stories by hand. Velg alle treff picks up to 5,000, and more than 100 run in the background. See Bulk jobs.
• Eksporter CSV is shown to people who can read all stories. Eksporter (JSON) exports the selected stories, up to 100 at a time.
• Each filter is kept in the page address, so you can bookmark a filtered list.

Vanlige problemer

• "No articles match these filters." Your filters are too narrow. Tap Nullstill filtre.
• "You can select up to 100 stories at a time." You ticked more than 100 by hand. Use Velg alle treff for large jobs.
• "It isn’t ready to publish (open it to see what is missing)." A story in your selection fails the publishing checks. Open that story and fix what is listed. See Publish, schedule and review.
