This page explains how to delete your Keynate Help account and what happens to your data. Keynate Help (support.keynate.com) is a website. It has no app.
Your Keynate Help account is only your sign-in on this site. Your Keynate customer account on keynate.com, with your sites and invoices, is separate. To delete that one, see Delete your Keynate data.
How to delete your account
- Sign in at support.keynate.com/account, then choose Delete account.
- Or email us at support@keynate.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it.
- We may ask for a one-time code first, so that nobody else can delete your account.
What we delete
- Your account: your name, your email address and your settings.
- Anything else linked to your account on this site.
We delete this data within 30 days.
What we keep
- Your "Was this helpful?" answers. They never had your name or any link to you.
- Visit statistics that never had your name or any link to you.
- A record that you asked us to delete your account, as the law requires.
