Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Keynate Help (support.keynate.com) is run by Keynate Private Limited ("Keynate", "we"). It publishes help articles, guides and answers about Keynate. This notice explains what this site collects and why. Keynate's full privacy policy, which covers your Keynate account, orders and live chat, is at keynate.com/privacy-policy.

In short

  • We collect only what this site needs to work and, if you agree, anonymous statistics about which articles are read.
  • This site shows no ads and uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data.
  • You can change your choices at any time with Privacy choices at the bottom of every page.

What we collect

  • Necessary (always on): the security and session data the site needs, for example to protect forms and to keep you signed in if you create an account. Our servers also log technical data for every request (IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time) to keep the site secure and working.
  • Statistics (only if you agree): we count page views to see which articles readers find useful. Statistics use no cookies and do not build a profile of you.
  • What you send us: if you use a form, send feedback, post a comment, subscribe to updates or create an account, we receive what you enter (for example your name, email address and message).

We use this data to run and secure the site, answer you, and improve our articles. We never use it for advertising.

Cookies and similar storage

The cookies this site uses are listed in our cookie policy. In short: only necessary cookies, plus your privacy choice stored in your browser.

How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as we need it for the purpose above: technical logs for a short time for security, account and subscription data until you delete them or ask us to, and messages for as long as we need to answer you. Then we delete it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (and, where it applies to you, the GDPR or other laws) you can:

  • see the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
  • correct or update it;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • withdraw your consent at any time (Privacy choices), which does not affect what was done before;
  • nominate someone to act for you;
  • raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer.

Use the privacy centre or email support@keynate.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on a request.
