How do I change the name and address on my invoices?
Open Account, then Billing details. Your name, address and GST number there are printed on every new invoice. In India your state decides the GST.

When do I get a refund?
You get a full refund if no server is delivered. A billing period that has already started is not refunded. This restates the published policy.
How do I review my order and pay?
The last screen shows your choices, your invoice details and the exact amount. Tick the Terms and tap Pay securely.

Open a demo of the website, the real admin and the Android and iPhone apps for any look before you pay.
What if my payment failed or is pending?
If a payment fails, no money is taken. A charge your bank shows reverses by itself. A pending payment is confirmed by email.
How do I add my GST number to my invoice?
On the pay screen, tick that you have a GST number and enter it. Your state decides the GST on your invoice. Outside India you can add a VAT or tax number.
How do I choose my site name, colour, logo and language?
On "Make it yours", type your site's name, add an optional logo and main colour, and pick the language. A preview shows your website and app as you type.
How do I add or remove features before I pay?
Start from everything that is always included, then switch on only the paid features you need. Your monthly total updates as you go.
How do I choose a template?
On the Look screen, three good designs for your topic come first. Try the live demo of any look, then tap one to continue.
How do I choose my server size?
Your site runs on its own secure server. Keynate picks the smallest one that fits your plan. Keep it unless you expect many visitors.
What happens after I pay?
Keynate builds your website and admin automatically, usually within minutes. You can close the page and wait for the email.
How do I create my account while I buy?
On the Plan & pay screen, create an account or log in, then confirm your email with a 6-digit code. Your choices are saved.
How do I use a coupon or referral code?
Add a coupon or invite code on any pay screen to lower the price. The new total shows at once, with what you saved.
How do I see what my site used this month?
The Usage page shows storage, traffic, AI, emails and push for the month, with a day-by-day chart and a cost estimate.
How do I renew my site?
Nothing is charged automatically. Before each renewal Keynate emails you an invoice with a pay link. Pay it, or use Renew now on your site page.
What are the Refer & earn rules?
A plain-words version of the Referral Program Terms. Who can take part, when credit is given, the limits and what happens on a refund.
How does Refer & earn work?
Share your invite link. Your friend gets a discount on their first site. You get Keynate Wallet credit when that site is paid and live.
Which payment methods can I use?
You pay online through Razorpay with UPI, card, net banking or wallet. You can also use Keynate Wallet credit and a coupon.
How does Keynate Wallet work?
Your Keynate Wallet holds credit for Keynate orders. It comes from rewards, goodwill and refunds you keep as credit. It is never paid out as cash.
Where do I find my invoices?
Every payment sends an invoice to your account email. Invoices are also listed on your site page, with a link to the PDF.
