Hvordan anmoder jeg om en betalingsgateway, der ikke er vist?

Hvor: Settings → Readers & money → Connections → Payments

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/connections/payments (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Trin for trin

1. Open Indstillinger → Læsere og indtjening → Forbindelser → Betalinger → Anmod om en betalingstjeneste.
2. Type the Gateway-navn, for example Mercado Pago, Paystack or Mollie.
3. Choose the Readers' countries, or Hele verden.
4. Explain Hvorfor har du brug for den? Say how your readers like to pay and roughly how many payments you expect.
5. Press Send anmodning.
6. Follow it under Dine anmodninger. The status is Modtaget, Planlagt, Tilgængelig or Ikke planlagt.

Godt at vide

• Each request shows when it was sent and whether Keynate has it, or "Waiting to be sent to Keynate".

Typiske problemer

• "Razorpay, Stripe and PayPal are already built in. Connect them on the Connections tab."
• "Choose at least one country."
• "You have sent many requests recently. Try again tomorrow."
