Voordat je begint

• You need a role that can write stories: owner, admin, editor, reporter, copy editor or contributor. Photo editors and legal reviewers can not start new stories.

Stappenplan

1. Tap Schrijf een verhaal on Home, or Nieuw verhaal on the Stories list.
2. If your site offers it, pick a Beginnen vanaf story type at the top to begin with a ready layout.
3. Choose the Type: Verhaal, Photo gallery or Video. Gallery and video need their feature to be on for your site. A lock means it is not available.
4. Write the Kop. The hint counts up to 110 characters for a clear headline. The limit is 300.
5. Write a short Samenvatting: one or two sentences that tell the story.
6. Under Waar het verschijnt en wie het schreef, choose the Hoofdsectie and add at least one author. These are needed to publish.
7. Under Hoofdafbeelding, tap Hoofdafbeelding toevoegen, pick or upload a picture, and add a Bijschrift.
8. Write the story in the large Verhaal box. Type / to see the blocks you can insert.
9. Tap Opslaan. The first save creates your draft.

Goed om te weten

• Optional fields: Korte kop (for small cards, push alerts and apps), Teaser (for story cards and sharing) and Plaats en datum, such as a city.
• Your work is also kept on this device while you type. If the connection drops, the bar says "Offline: changes are kept on this device". When you come back, you can restore or discard an unsaved draft.
• Reporters and contributors send the story for review. Editors and owners publish.

Veelvoorkomende problemen

• Publish story is greyed out. A required field is missing: headline, main section, or author. Tap the item in the Klaar om te publiceren strip to jump to it.
• "Someone else is editing this story right now. Wait, or ask an editor to take over." Another person has the story open. Wait, or ask an editor to take over.
