ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ

• This is an add-on. It is included in some plans: see your plan on keynate.com (Choose a plan).
• Only the site owner can add it.
• Notifications turned on in Settings, and web push or app keys set up.

ਮੁੱਖ ਪੜਾਅ

1. Open ਸੈਟਿੰਗਾਂ → ਸਾਈਟ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਡ → ਫ਼ੀਚਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰੋ. The page is called ਫ਼ੀਚਰ.
2. Find ਪੁਸ਼ ਅਲਰਟ. A paid feature shows ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ and Needs with the plan that has it. Tap ਖ਼ਰੀਦੋ and finish the purchase on keynate.com (it may open in a new tab).
3. Come back to ਫ਼ੀਚਰ. It shows ਸੈੱਟਅੱਪ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ for a few minutes, then ਚਾਲੂ.
4. Open ਨਿਊਜ਼ਰੂਮ → ਪਾਠਕ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ.
5. Write the ਅਲਰਟ ਦਾ ਸਿਰਲੇਖ and choose how urgent it is: Flash, Breaking or Developing.
6. Choose who gets it and link the story readers land on.
7. Preview it on phone and desktop, then send, schedule, or send it for approval.

ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ

• Flash goes to every follower of the edition. Breaking goes to followers of the topics you pick. Developing is a gentler alert.
• Settings cover an hourly limit, a duplicate window and approval rules.
• Keep titles short. Phones cut long titles.
• Paid features cannot be switched off in ਫ਼ੀਚਰ.

ਆਮ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ

The screen says notifications are switched off. Why: Notifications are off for this site. Fix: Open ਸੈਟਿੰਗਾਂ → ਪਾਠਕ ਅਤੇ ਕਮਾਈ → ਕਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ → ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ, and turn them on.

I cannot find Push alerts in my admin. Why: The feature is off or not yet installed. Fix: Open ਸੈਟਿੰਗਾਂ → ਸਾਈਟ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਡ → ਫ਼ੀਚਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰੋ. If it shows ਖ਼ਰੀਦੋ, it is not in your plan yet. If it shows ਸੈੱਟਅੱਪ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, wait a few minutes. Paid features you don't own are listed in the menu under ਹੋਰ ਫ਼ੀਚਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰੋ.
