Bagaimanakah cara menghantar amaran tergempar kepada pembaca?

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/m/push-alerts (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Sebelum bermula

• This is an add-on. It is included in some plans: see your plan on keynate.com (Choose a plan).
• Only the site owner can add it.
• Notifications turned on in Settings, and web push or app keys set up.

Langkah-langkah

1. Open Tetapan → Laman & jenama → Tambah ciri. The page is called Ciri.
2. Find Pemberitahuan tolak. A paid feature shows Dibayar and Needs with the plan that has it. Tap Beli and finish the purchase on keynate.com (it may open in a new tab).
3. Come back to Ciri. It shows Sedang disediakan for a few minutes, then Hidup.
4. Open Bilik berita → Pemberitahuan pembaca.
5. Write the Tajuk makluman and choose how urgent it is: Flash, Breaking or Developing.
6. Choose who gets it and link the story readers land on.
7. Preview it on phone and desktop, then send, schedule, or send it for approval.

Perlu tahu

• Flash goes to every follower of the edition. Breaking goes to followers of the topics you pick. Developing is a gentler alert.
• Settings cover an hourly limit, a duplicate window and approval rules.
• Keep titles short. Phones cut long titles.
• Paid features cannot be switched off in Ciri.

Masalah lazim

The screen says notifications are switched off. Why: Notifications are off for this site. Fix: Open Tetapan → Pembaca & kewangan → Sambungan → Pemberitahuan, and turn them on.

I cannot find Push alerts in my admin. Why: The feature is off or not yet installed. Fix: Open Tetapan → Laman & jenama → Tambah ciri. If it shows Beli, it is not in your plan yet. If it shows Sedang disediakan, wait a few minutes. Paid features you don't own are listed in the menu under Tambah lagi ciri.
