• Only the site owner can add it.
• Notifications turned on in Settings, and web push or app keys set up.

ขั้นตอนการทำ

2. Find การแจ้งเตือนแบบพุช. A paid feature shows ชำระเงินแล้ว and Needs with the plan that has it. Tap ซื้อ and finish the purchase on keynate.com (it may open in a new tab).
3. Come back to ฟีเจอร์. It shows กำลังตั้งค่า for a few minutes, then เปิด.
4. Open ห้องข่าว → การแจ้งเตือนผู้อ่าน.
5. Write the หัวข้อการแจ้งเตือน and choose how urgent it is: Flash, Breaking or Developing.
6. Choose who gets it and link the story readers land on.
7. Preview it on phone and desktop, then send, schedule, or send it for approval.

ข้อควรรู้

• Flash goes to every follower of the edition. Breaking goes to followers of the topics you pick. Developing is a gentler alert.
• Settings cover an hourly limit, a duplicate window and approval rules.
• Keep titles short. Phones cut long titles.
• Paid features cannot be switched off in ฟีเจอร์.

ปัญหาที่พบบ่อย

The screen says notifications are switched off. Why: Notifications are off for this site. Fix: Open การตั้งค่า → ผู้อ่านและรายได้ → การเชื่อมต่อ → การแจ้งเตือน, and turn them on.

I cannot find Push alerts in my admin. Why: The feature is off or not yet installed. Fix: Open การตั้งค่า → เว็บไซต์และแบรนด์ → เพิ่มฟีเจอร์. If it shows ซื้อ, it is not in your plan yet. If it shows กำลังตั้งค่า, wait a few minutes. Paid features you don't own are listed in the menu under เพิ่มฟีเจอร์อื่นๆ.
