- You are the site owner, and you signed in recently.
- The service has an OpenAI-compatible address, often ending in
/v1, for examplehttps://llm.example.com/v1. - The service supports tools (function calling). Models that don't can't make site changes.
- You trust the service. Keynate can't check what it does with your content.
Инструкция
- Get the address and, if the service needs one, the key from the service's own page.
- In your site admin, open Настройки → Контент и публикации → Ваши аккаунты ИИ, and find the Custom (OpenAI-compatible) card.
- Enter a Название that will show in the model menu.
- Enter the Базовый URL.
- Paste the key. The key is optional, for services that don't need one.
- If the address has no model list, add the ID моделей by hand and tap Добавить after each.
- Tick the box: "Prompts, my site's content and tool results will be sent to this address."
- Optionally enter the price per 1M tokens for input and output. With prices, your admin shows costs and can use this account as a fallback.
- Tap Проверить и подключить. You see "Checking your key…" and then Connected ✓.
What the address must be
- It starts with
https://. Plainhttp://is refused. - It uses the normal secure port. Any other port is refused.
- It is a name such as
llm.example.com, not a number address. - It points to a public place on the internet. An address on a private network or on your own computer is refused.
- It has no user name, no
?queryand no#part. - It is not a Keynate address.

- You can connect up to three custom addresses.
- A key is only ever sent to its own address. If you change the address, enter the key again.
- Without prices, the AI does not switch to this account on its own when another account fails.
- The key stays on your own server. Keynate never sees it.
- Only the owner can add or change a custom address, and the time and person are recorded.
Частые проблемы
The address isn't valid
It should look like https://llm.example.com/v1. Remove spaces and anything after the path.
The address must start with https://
Use the secure address. If the service only offers http://, put it behind https first.
Use a name like llm.example.com, not an IP address
Enter the service's name, not a number.
This address points to a private network
Use a public address. Services on a private network can't be reached from your server.
We couldn't reach this address
Check for typing mistakes and that the service is online and open to the internet.
Tick the box to agree before connecting this address
Tick the box. It confirms you know your content is sent to that address.
No model on this account can make site changes
Add a model id that supports tools, or use another account.
The service answered in a way we couldn't use
The service may not fully speak the OpenAI format. Check its docs for the correct base URL.
