Open this page: admin.<your-site>/live-blogs (replace <your-site> with your site address). It is a paid add-on: without it you see an add-on card.

Innan du börjar

• Live blogs are a separate feature of your site. Included in some plans: see your plan on keynate.com. If it is not on, the page shows an add-on card instead.
• Owners, admins and editors manage live blogs. Reporters can post updates once a blog is live.

Gör så här

1. Open Artiklar then Livebloggar.
2. Tap Ny liveblogg. Type the Rubrik (for example "Election results, live") and an optional Kort introduktion. Tap Skapa direktrapportering.
3. Tap Starta livesändning and confirm. Readers see the LIVE badge.
4. Type in Publicera en uppdatering. Optionally add a headline and a photo, tick Viktig händelse or Fäst högst upp, then tap Publicera.
5. To fix a mistake, open the update and choose Redigera uppdatering or Lägg till en rättelse. A visible note tells readers what changed. The old text stays in the history.
6. Use Pausa and Återuppta if coverage stops for a while.
7. When the event ends, tap Sammanfatta. Write a Sammanfattning av vad som hände, add up to 10 key points, and confirm. Choose Gör om till en vanlig artikel if you want it to become a regular article.

Bra att veta

• Updates reach readers within seconds.
• Deleting an update hides it from readers. It stays in the history for your team.
• A live blog also has a Live-evenemang tab: a page for a big event that links your live blog and best stories.
• Avsluta rapportering removes the LIVE badge. Readers can still read every update.

Vanliga problem

• "Your role can post updates but cannot open the live blog list. Ask an editor to share the live blog with you." Reporters need the link to a blog. Ask an editor for the link.
• "Go live to start posting updates." The blog has not started. Tap Starta livesändning.
