Open this page: admin.<your-site>/newsroom/incidents (replace <your-site> with your site address). In the menu it sits under More.
Steps
- Open Newsroom then Incident room.
- Tap Open an incident and give it a short Name people recognise, say How serious is it? (Low, Medium, High or Critical) and optionally what is happening. Editors with access get a notice with the name only.
- Filter the list by status: Open, Monitoring or Closed.
- Tap an incident to open it. See An incident.
Good to know
- Severity is Low, Medium, High or Critical.
- Each row shows how many linked items and updates it has.
