Come inserire nome azienda, indirizzo, telefono e orari?

Dove: Settings → Site & brand → Business profile

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/business-profile (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Prima di iniziare

• You need permission to manage pages. If you can't see the screen, ask the site owner.
• Have your phone number, address and opening hours ready.

Procedura

1. Open Impostazioni and choose Profilo aziendale.
2. Fill in Nome dell'attività. If you leave it empty, your site name is used.
3. Choose the Tipo di attività, for example Shop, Clinic, Café, Lawyer or legal service, or Company or organisation.
4. Add a Descrizione in una riga.
5. Under Contatti, fill in Telefono, Numero WhatsApp and Email. Write the WhatsApp number with the country code, for example 919876543210.
6. Under Indirizzo, fill in Via e numero civico, Città o comune, Provincia o regione, CAP and Codice paese (2 lettere).
7. Paste the share link of your place in Link alla mappa. Use the share link from your maps app. It must start with https://.
8. Choose Aggiungi orari di apertura. Pick the Giorni, then Apre and Chiude il. You can add up to 14 rows. Use Note on hours for holidays or "by appointment".
9. In Zone servite, list your areas, separated by commas, for example Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad. You can add up to 20.
10. Choose Salva. The site shows the change within a minute.

Da sapere

• Link social. They come from Impostazioni, Link social. They are added to your business data on their own.
• Card di fine articolo. The "Call, WhatsApp or email" card uses the phone, WhatsApp and email from this profile. Fill them in first. See Post call-to-action.
• Quando mostrarlo. The business details show once you have saved a name, phone, email or address.
• Motori di ricerca. The site builds the business data itself, so you never write code. Nothing guarantees a special search display.
• If two people save at the same time, the second save is stopped with a message to reload and try again.

Problemi frequenti

• My WhatsApp button doesn't work. Check that the number has the country code and looks like the example, 919876543210.
• The map link is refused. Use the share link from your maps app, starting with https://.
