Como inserir nome, endereço, telefone e horário da empresa?

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/business-profile (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Antes de começar

• You need permission to manage pages. If you can't see the screen, ask the site owner.
• Have your phone number, address and opening hours ready.

Passo a passo

1. Open Configurações and choose Perfil do negócio.
2. Fill in Nome da empresa. If you leave it empty, your site name is used.
3. Choose the Tipo de negócio, for example Shop, Clinic, Café, Lawyer or legal service, or Company or organisation.
4. Add a Descrição em uma linha.
5. Under Contato, fill in Telefone, Número de WhatsApp and E-mail. Write the WhatsApp number with the country code, for example 919876543210.
6. Under Endereço, fill in Rua e número, Cidade, Estado ou região, CEP / Código postal and Código do país (2 letras).
7. Paste the share link of your place in Link do mapa. Use the share link from your maps app. It must start with https://.
8. Choose Adicionar horário de funcionamento. Pick the Dias, then Abre and Fecha em. You can add up to 14 rows. Use Note on hours for holidays or "by appointment".
9. In Áreas atendidas, list your areas, separated by commas, for example Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad. You can add up to 20.
10. Choose Salvar. The site shows the change within a minute.

Importante saber

• Redes sociais. They come from Configurações, Redes sociais. They are added to your business data on their own.
• Card de fim de post. The "Call, WhatsApp or email" card uses the phone, WhatsApp and email from this profile. Fill them in first. See Post call-to-action.
• Quando exibir. The business details show once you have saved a name, phone, email or address.
• Mecanismos de busca. The site builds the business data itself, so you never write code. Nothing guarantees a special search display.
• If two people save at the same time, the second save is stopped with a message to reload and try again.

Problemas comuns

• My WhatsApp button doesn't work. Check that the number has the country code and looks like the example, 919876543210.
• The map link is refused. Use the share link from your maps app, starting with https://.
