Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/business-profile (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Перед началом

You need permission to manage pages. If you can't see the screen, ask the site owner.
Have your phone number, address and opening hours ready.

Open Настройки and choose Профиль компании.
Fill in Название компании. If you leave it empty, your site name is used.
Choose the Тип бизнеса, for example Shop, Clinic, Café, Lawyer or legal service, or Company or organisation.
Add a Краткое описание (в одну строку).
Under Контакты, fill in Телефон, Номер WhatsApp and Почта. Write the WhatsApp number with the country code, for example 919876543210.
Under Адрес, fill in Улица и дом, Город или поселок, Область или регион, Почтовый индекс and Код страны (2 буквы).
Paste the share link of your place in Ссылка на карту. Use the share link from your maps app. It must start with https://.
Choose Добавить часы работы. Pick the Дни, then Открывает and Закрытие. You can add up to 14 rows. Use Note on hours for holidays or "by appointment".
In Зоны обслуживания, list your areas, separated by commas, for example Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad. You can add up to 20.
Choose Сохранить. The site shows the change within a minute.

Ссылки на соцсети. They come from Настройки, Ссылки на соцсети. They are added to your business data on their own.
Карточка в конце публикации. The "Call, WhatsApp or email" card uses the phone, WhatsApp and email from this profile. Fill them in first. See Post call-to-action.
Когда показывать. The business details show once you have saved a name, phone, email or address.
Поисковые системы. The site builds the business data itself, so you never write code. Nothing guarantees a special search display.
If two people save at the same time, the second save is stopped with a message to reload and try again.

My WhatsApp button doesn't work. Check that the number has the country code and looks like the example, 919876543210.
The map link is refused. Use the share link from your maps app, starting with https://.

Is this the same as my site name?

No. The site name is your brand. The business name can be a legal or shop name. If you leave it empty, your site name is used.

Do I need this if I run a news site?

It is made for the Blog and Business Website kind of site. News sites don't need it.
