Do I need Firebase and Apple keys?
Website push needs nothing: your server makes the keys. Android is handled by Keynate ("Keynate handles notifications in your Android app."). For iPhone, if the section says Waiting for your app’s push setup, Keynate sets it up with your app and you do nothing. Otherwise it needs your Apple push key (.p8). See iPhone (Apple). Lo àwọn kóòdù àṣírí tèmi (fún àwọn tó ti mọ̀ ọ́n dunjú) is only for people who run their own Firebase or Apple setup.
Who can change notification settings?
Only the site owner. Admins can view them.
