Which roles should have to use two-step sign-in?

Where: Settings → Team & security → Two-step sign-in rules

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/security (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Before you start

• Only the site owner can change this.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Team & security → Two-step sign-in rules.
2. Under Required for these roles, tick roles from the list: Owner, Admin, Editor, Copy editor, Photo editor, Reporter, Contributor, Legal reviewer.
3. Set Days to set it up.
4. Save.
