How do I bring my site back to an earlier day?
Pick a backup, confirm, and your stories, pages and settings go back to that day. A safety backup is made first so you can undo it.

How do I back up my photos and videos?
Normal backups do not hold photos and videos. Add Photo & video backup to save them too, and see how much space is used.
How do I download a backup of my site?
Ask for a ZIP file of any backup. Keynate emails you when it is ready, and it stays available for 24 hours.
How do I switch my site to another template?
Preview and publish another look from your admin under Settings, Change template. Your stories, pages, menus, logo and colours move with you.
What if I can't sign in to my site admin?
The site owner can get a one-time link to choose a new password, or ask to reset two-step sign-in. Both are on the Your admin card.
What can each team role do?
Owner, Admin, Editor, Reporter, Copy editor, Photo editor, Contributor and Legal reviewer. See who can write, publish, manage settings and money.
What should I do in the first hour after I get my site?

Your requests page lists every ticket with its status. Open one to read Keynate's replies and add yours.

Watch your site being set up, open your admin, add your logo, write a first story and share your new address.
How do software updates work, and who approves them?
You approve each update. Keynate takes a safety copy first and undoes it if the health check fails. Security updates can be scheduled, not skipped.
How do I check my site's health?
The Site health page shows your secure lock, your backups and recovery targets, and any past problems from the last 90 days.
What does "read-only" or "suspended" mean for my site?
An unpaid renewal makes your site read-only, then suspended, then its server is removed. Pay at any step to bring it back.
How do I open my site admin?
Tap Open my admin on your site page. Keynate may ask you to confirm it's you, then opens your admin in a new tab.
What is on the My sites page?
My sites lists every site you launched, with its status, address and renewal. Tap a site to open its page.
How do I change my site's language?
Open Language on your site page, pick the new language and confirm. Your address, articles and settings stay. You can change it 3 times in 24 hours.
How are my site's backups made, and how do I restore?
