Antes de empezar
You need permission to view forms. Creating and changing needs permission to manage forms.
Paso a paso
- Open Crecimiento → Llegar a los lectores → Encuestas y formularios.
- Use Mostrar solo to filter by kind: Encuesta rápida, Encuesta, Opiniones, Quiz or Formulario de clientes potenciales. Use Estado and Buscar por título too.
- Tap Nueva encuesta o formulario to make one. See New poll or form.
- On a card, tap Abrir to let readers answer, Cerrar to stop answers, or Reabrir.
- Tap Resultados to see the answers.
- To show it in a story, use Insertar encuesta o formulario in the story editor.
Datos útiles
- A form's state is Borrador, Programado, Abrir, Cerrado or En vivo. A draft is not shown to readers. Open it before you publish the story.
- Closing keeps the answers. You can reopen it later.
- A form that already has answers cannot be deleted. Close it instead, and download the answers first.
- Quiz and Formulario de clientes potenciales belong to separate add-ons: "This is part of the Quizzes add-on, which is not on your plan yet. Polls, surveys and feedback forms work as usual." See your plan on keynate.com. If the add-on stops running, readers see the form as closed. You can still read, close and export it.
