Where: Stories → Bulk jobs
Open this page: admin.<your-site>/newsroom/bulk-jobs (replace <your-site> with your site address). In the menu it sits under More.
Steps
- On the Stories list, select more than 100 stories (use Select all matching) and run an action.
- Open Stories then Bulk jobs.
- Read the status: Waiting to start, Running, Finished, Stopped or Failed.
- Tap Watch progress or Details to see how many worked and how many could not be changed.
Good to know
- Up to 5,000 stories can be selected at once.
- Fewer than 100 stories run straight away, not as a job.
