How do I add a TV or radio channel to my site?

Where: Newsroom → Channels & schedule

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/newsroom/channels (replace <your-site> with your site address). In the menu it sits under More.

Before you start

• This is the Live TV feature. Included in some plans: see your plan on keynate.com.
• Owners, admins and editors manage channels.

Steps

1. Open Newsroom then Your live channels.
2. Tap New channel. Fill the Channel name, the Channel type (TV channel or Radio channel) and the Stream address (an https address; for YouTube Live paste the live video link). Optionally set the Time zone. Your site’s time zone is used if you leave it empty.
3. Tap Schedule on a channel to set its programme. See Programme schedule.
4. To hide a channel from readers, pause it. It shows as Hidden from readers.
5. Delete a channel to remove it with its whole schedule.

• Each channel shows when its stream was last checked. See Stream monitors.
