유료 독자 현황은 어떻게 확인하나요?

위치: Readers & money → Subscription report

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/money/report (replace <your-site> with your site address). In the menu it sits under 더보기.

진행 방법

1. Open 독자 및 수익, then 구독 보고서.
2. Choose the 기간.
3. Read the cards: 유료 구독자, 월간 수입, 신규 구독자, 취소됨, 취소율, 유료 결제 시작 and 결제 실패 중.
4. Look at 일별 추이 and 신규 및 취소.

참고 사항

• 유료 구독자: active now, including payments being retried.
• 월간 수입: yearly plans are counted per month. Live payments only.
• 취소율: cancelled out of everyone you had. Lower is better.
• 결제 실패 중: the bank is retrying these.
• Selling needs the Memberships feature. If it is off you see a note with 기능 추가.
