How do I see how my paid readers are doing?

Where: Readers & money → Subscription report

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/money/report (replace <your-site> with your site address). In the menu it sits under More.

Steps

1. Open Readers & money, then Subscription report.
2. Choose the Period.
3. Read the cards: Paying subscribers, Monthly income, New subscribers, Cancelled, Cancelled share, Started paying and Payment failing.
4. Look at Day by day and New and cancelled.

Good to know

• Paying subscribers: active now, including payments being retried.
• Monthly income: yearly plans are counted per month. Live payments only.
• Cancelled share: cancelled out of everyone you had. Lower is better.
• Payment failing: the bank is retrying these.
• Selling needs the Memberships feature. If it is off you see a note with Add features.

Common problems

• "We couldn't load this. Check your connection and try again."
