Before you start
- Your site owner must have set up company login for the site.
Steps
- Open the admin Sign in page.
- Tap the Sign in with button. It shows your company login name.
- Finish the sign-in with your company login.
- You return to a page that says Signing you in and Finishing your sign-in…. Then the admin opens.
Good to know
- When company login is required, the sign-in page says "Your site uses … sign-in. Use the button below to sign in."
- Site owners can still sign in with email and password below the button.
Common problems
- "The sign-in was cancelled or did not finish. Please try again." The sign-in was cancelled, or the link you came back through was not complete. Tap Back to sign-in and try again.
