Where: Settings → Site & brand → Admin sidebar
Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/menu (replace <your-site> with your site address). If you don’t see it in the menu, turn on Show all settings on the Settings page.
Steps
- Open Settings → Site & brand → Admin sidebar.
- Under Menu items, find the item.
- Type a new Name in the menu, if you want.
- Switch Show off to hide the item.
- Switch Pin on to make it first in its group.
- Use the arrows (Move {name} up / Move {name} down) to change the order.
- Press Save.
Good to know
- You can pin up to 10 items. Some core items cannot be hidden.
- Items for other kinds of news sites are hidden by default. Switch on Show items for other niches to see them, then turn Show on for the ones you want.
- Hidden items still open from links and search.
