Where: Settings → Site & brand → Admin sidebar
Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/menu (replace <your-site> with your site address). If you don’t see it in the menu, turn on Show all settings on the Settings page.
Before you start
- You need permission to manage the site.
Steps
- Open Settings → Site & brand → Admin sidebar.
- Change menu items. See How do I show, hide, rename and pin menu items?.
- Pick quick actions. See How do I choose quick actions on Home?.
- Press Save. The page says "Menu saved."
- To undo everything, press Back to the default.
Good to know
- Hidden items still open from links and search.
- Nothing here unlocks a feature. A feature that isn't on stays off.

Does this change the menu on my public website?
No. It changes the admin menu for your team. Your website menu is edited under Menus.
Does everyone see my changes?
Yes. They apply to everyone on your team.
