Open this page: admin.<your-site>/newsroom/board (replace <your-site> with your site address)
Before you start
- Every team member can open the board. Who may move a story into each stage is set on the Workflow page.
Steps
- Open Newsroom then Story board.
- Read the columns, one per stage. A story under embargo shows "Embargo until" the time.
- Open a story to work on it.
- To move a story, use Move to… and choose the stage. You see "Moved to …".
Good to know
- If there are no stages it says "No stages are set up yet. Add them on the Workflow page."
- Tap Refresh to reload the board.

Only into stages your role is allowed to move stories into.
