Open this page: admin.<your-site>/quick-breaking#quick-breaking-story (replace <your-site> with your site address)
Steps
- On Home, tap More then Post breaking news, or open Breaking news then the quick story.
- Type the Headline and What happened (one to three short lines).
- Choose the Section.
- Under Mark as breaking for pick how long, or Don’t mark as breaking.
- Tick Also add it to the news ticker if wanted.
- Tap Publish now if you may publish, or Send for review.
Good to know
- If you cannot publish, it says "An editor will check it before it goes live."
- The result shows "Published as breaking news" or "Sent to an editor for review".
