Steps

Open Exam hub then Add stage.
Under Recruitment search and pick the exam.
Choose the Stage and Type. Set the Version: Not set, Provisional or Final.
Set the Status: Not out yet, Out or Closed. Add a Label and the Link. The link must be the official website or a government domain.
Optionally set Expected on, and tick Also publish a page for this stage to add a page title and text.
Tap Save stage. Then Send a reader notification, Open the recruitment or Add another stage.
