How do I make a quiz?

Where: Growth → Reach readers → Polls & forms

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/growth/forms (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Before you start

• This is an add-on. It is included in some plans: see your plan on keynate.com (Choose a plan).
• Only the site owner can add it.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Site & brand → Add features. The page is called Features.
2. Find Quizzes and mock tests. A paid feature shows Paid and Needs with the plan that has it. Tap Buy and finish the purchase on keynate.com (it may open in a new tab).
3. Come back to Features. It shows Being set up for a few minutes, then On.
4. Open Growth → Reach readers → Polls & forms.
5. Choose New poll or form, then pick the Quiz kind.
6. Add the questions, tick the correct answers and write the explanation shown after answering.
7. Open it and place it in a story.

Good to know

• Answers are reviewed on the results page.
• Paid features cannot be switched off in Features.

Common problems

I cannot find Quizzes and mock tests in my admin. Why: The feature is off or not yet installed. Fix: Open Settings → Site & brand → Add features. If it shows Buy, it is not in your plan yet. If it shows Being set up, wait a few minutes. Paid features you don't own are listed in the menu under Add more features.
