How do I add affiliate links and deal boxes?

Before you start

• This is an add-on. It is included in some plans: see your plan on keynate.com (Choose a plan).
• Only the site owner can add it.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Site & brand → Add features. The page is called Features.
2. Find Affiliate and deals boxes. If it says Not in your plan, tap Buy and finish the purchase on keynate.com.
3. Wait for Being installed to change. This is usually a few minutes.
4. Open Affiliate links in the admin menu.
5. Add a link with its details.
6. Open the In a story page, pick links and see a disclosure preview.
7. Edit the default Disclosure text for each language.

Good to know

• Paid features cannot be switched off in Features.

Common problems

I cannot find Affiliate and deals boxes in my admin. Why: The feature is off or not yet installed. Fix: Open Add features in Settings. The admin says: "This feature is switched off. The owner can switch it on in Features." Ask the owner to switch it on, or buy it if it says Not in your plan.
