Good to know
- India. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST.
- Other countries. Prices are in US dollars (USD) or in the currency named next to the price. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Your invoice follows your billing country. In India, GST is part of the price on your invoice. Elsewhere the invoice shows the sale as an export of services with no tax added.
- Your account country is chosen when you sign up. It is used for your invoice and taxes. It does not change the price of an order: the price follows the country you were in when you started that order.
- Language and location picker. The header has Select location & language. Use it to see the site for another country.
Common problems
- "We can’t take orders or payments from this country. Nothing was charged." Keynate cannot sell to that country right now.
- "That option isn’t available in your country right now. Please pick another." One item you chose is not sold in your country. Pick another.
- "Payments from your country open soon. Nothing was charged." Payments for your country are not open yet. Use Email me when payments open in my country.

Why is my price different from my friend's?
Prices are per country. A friend in another country sees the price for that country.
Can I pay in another currency?
You pay in the currency shown for your country. Where a currency switcher appears on a pricing screen, you can choose from the currencies listed there.
Is GST included?
In India, yes. The price you see includes GST. See GST number and invoices.
