How do I review my order and pay?

Before you start

You are signed in, your email is verified and you accepted the Terms. Create your account while you buy

Steps

1. Under Your choices, check Site name, Look, Plan, You get, Language, Server and Billing. Tap Change next to any row to edit it.
2. Under Invoice details, fill in Full name or business name, an optional Business name, an optional Mobile, Billing country, Address, City and PIN code. In India, also choose your state. Your email is shown and cannot be edited here.
3. Add a GST number or a VAT / tax number if you buy for a business. GST number and invoices
4. Under Price, add a coupon or referral code if you have one. Using a coupon
5. If you have wallet credit, the Use … from your Keynate Wallet switch is shown. Keynate Wallet
6. Check the price table.
7. Read How your subscription renews. Then tick I agree to the Terms, the Refund policy and the subscription terms above.
8. Tap Pay securely. The secure payment window opens.
9. Pay with UPI, Card, Net banking or Wallet, as your bank offers. If your currency or country is not supported there, the button is Pay with PayPal instead. You finish on PayPal's page and come back. No PayPal account is needed.

Good to know

• Payment is by Razorpay first. Cards, UPI (India) and international cards are accepted. If a payment fails or Razorpay has trouble, Try PayPal instead may show.
• In India, you get a GST invoice by email.
• If the wallet covers the whole order, the button changes. No payment window opens.
• If you cancel the order before paying, nothing is charged. Your choices stay saved.
• Billing is monthly and continues until you cancel. Nothing is charged automatically. Before each renewal Keynate emails you an invoice with the amount, the due date and a pay link. The one exception: if you turn on paying renewals from your wallet, a renewal your wallet fully covers is paid on its date.
• If the price changes, Keynate emails you at least 15 days before.
• You can cancel online: My sites → your site → Billing → Cancel subscription. A month that has started is not refunded.
• You get a full automatic refund if Keynate cannot set up your site.

Common problems

• "Your site name needs a change." Use Change the name.
• "A few choices are missing." The list names them. Nothing was charged.
• "A price changed." Check the new total, then pay.
• "You have other unpaid orders." See My payment failed or is pending.
