Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/features (replace <your-site> with your site address)
Before you start
- Only the owner can add features. Others see: "Only the owner can add features. Ask the owner to switch one on."
Steps
- Open Settings → Site & brand → Add features.
- Find the feature. A label says whether it is Built in, Free or Paid.
- Press the button:
- Switch on for a free feature. The page says "Requested: {name}. It is ready in a few minutes."
- Show in my admin if the feature is already on by default.
- Buy for a paid feature. It opens checkout on keynate.com.
- Wait for the label On. While it is being installed it says Being set up.
Good to know
- Paid features are never granted from the admin. They are bought on keynate.com. See your plan on keynate.com.
- A feature that needs a higher plan says "Needs {plan}". See your plan on keynate.com.
- A feature from Other niches that you switch on shows in your admin.
Common problems
- "Couldn't load the features. Check your connection and try again."
- Nothing to add. The list says "Nothing to add right now."
