Good to know

  • The "Right now" cards refresh about every 15 seconds while the tab is open. They stop when you leave the tab.
  • A Taking off chip marks a story whose readers are growing fast. Share it again or add a follow-up story while people are interested.
  • Where readers come from shows how readers found you: Google, social apps, other websites, or by typing your address.
  • Visits from AI assistants shows readers who came from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Claude and other AI assistants: their Pageviews, Share of all pageviews, By assistant and Stories they sent readers to. Pick a Time window. Assistants that hide where a visit came from count as direct traffic.
  • Numbers fill in as soon as someone opens your site: "No readers right now. This fills in as soon as someone opens your site."
  • For past days and downloads, use Reports.

Common problems

  • "We could not load the numbers. Check your connection and try again." Tap Try again.
  • "No visits in this period yet." Pick a longer window.
