How do I copy a public link to an image?

Where: Media

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/media (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Steps

1. Open Media library and tap a picture.
2. Open Public links.
3. Next to Permanent link, tap Copy link. The message "Link copied" appears.
4. To use another size or format, pick it from the list of sizes and copy that link. You can also copy the Full image link, which shows its size in pixels.

Good to know

• The permanent link "never changes, even when you replace or edit the image". Share this one.
• Animated pictures show Animation as well.
• Earlier files appear as Earlier file with Restore. The newest earlier files are kept.
• Only share images you have the right to publish.

Common problems

• "Could not copy. Select the link and copy it by hand." Your browser blocked copying. Select the link and copy it yourself.
