Where: Stories → All stories → The story editor
Open this page: admin.<your-site>/articles (replace <your-site> with your site address). Then open the one you want.
Where to find it
On a laptop it is in the right-hand column of the story editor. On a phone or tablet, scroll down below the story. Open Share a draft privately. Save the story first.
Steps
- Optional: type Who is it for, for example "legal review".
- Choose how long the link Works for.
- Optional: limit the number of views.
- Tap Create link.
- Copy the link now and tap I have copied it. For safety it is shown only once.
- To stop it early, tap Revoke.
Good to know
- Anyone with the link can read the draft until it ends, so share it with care.
- The person does not need an account.
