Before you start
- This is an add-on. It is included in some plans: see your plan on keynate.com (Choose a plan).
- Only the site owner can add it.
Steps
- Open Settings → Site & brand → Add features. The page is called Features.
- Find Manual scoring. A paid feature shows Paid and Needs with the plan that has it. Tap Buy and finish the purchase on keynate.com (it may open in a new tab).
- Come back to Features. It shows Being set up for a few minutes, then On.
- Open Stories → Match centre.
- Create a new fixture.
- Open the match and use the big buttons for 0 to 6.
- Use the one-tap options Wide, No-ball, Bye, Leg-bye and Wicket for the next run.
- Use Undo if you tap by mistake.
Good to know
- Matches that are live are shown first.
- The screen shows the scoreboard on top, this over and recent balls.
- Paid features cannot be switched off in Features.
Common problems
I cannot find Manual scoring in my admin. Why: The feature is off or not yet installed. Fix: Open Settings → Site & brand → Add features. If it shows Buy, it is not in your plan yet. If it shows Being set up, wait a few minutes. Paid features you don't own are listed in the menu under Add more features.

Frequently asked questions
Can a tap be sent twice by mistake?
No. Every tap carries its own id, so a retry never scores twice.
Can I undo a ball?
Yes. There is an Undo button.
